Everyone was responsive and knowledgeable.
No one likes to call for tech support. Especially when it's something you know won't have an immediate fix (hardware issues are the worst). Luckily, when I called (after troubleshooting and coming to the same conclusion I had), they gave me an overview of my options. After finding someone who could fix the issue and asking for an itemized receipt, the ordeal was bearable and quicker than I initially expected.
I was within my warranty period and needed a printer now! They agree to send me a check and I went out to buy a new printer the next day! Thank you
I had difficulties communicating with their customer service, which seems to be somewhere outside the US. I had to hire a plumbing company to look at my water leak as it was due to a cracked solenoid in my dishwasher creating the flooding water in my kitchen floor. I took picture of it and even told them the part that was broken, but for some reason they ordered parts that had nothing to do with the solenoid. Our 65" TCL went dark, with audio only. A few emails to Allstate and a replacement TV was delivered to our door to settle our claim... And we didn't even have to send the broken TV back, just recycled it locally. Very happy with the courtesy and quick response. Thank you!
