I recently completed a claim for an Ebay purchase that proved defective shortly after purchase. I initially had some issues with the automatic claim system as my purchase was less than a year old. I always put a Protection Plan on my products. I've had several claims through the Allstate Protection Plan (Square Trade) and the customer service has been excellent. Fast claims process and very helpful, friendly staff
I can’t imagine where I would be without this insurance. My kids loved their power wheels car and the day it just didn’t turn on was a nightmare… we tried multiple shops and everyone claims they were not even able to look at it. They said the insurance was pointless.. well my insurance was able to cover my device and my kids will soon have a new power wheels because of my $35 investment. Definitely worth it. Their customer service was amazing, they were super professional and understood my issue. 10/10
