I contacted Allstate who referred me to the merchant because it should have still been covered by the merchant. The merchant would not respond to me after SEVERAL attempts. I got back with Allstate and they assisted me the same day and refunded my money. No hassle, no problem!!!
Allstate initially could not find my "Plan Number" which created a delay. After a few days of research, and help from Sam's Club, they located my plan/policy and the claim proceeded without any issues. I am glad i keep all my emails and receipts for my records.
