The technician has yet to repair my dishwasher until next week, but the replacement parts have arrived in preparation of repair. So far I am pleased with the response to my extended warranty claim. No attempt to avoid paying for this valid error code- generating issue.

I had a cracked screen on my laptop. I took it to a local reapir shop and they couldn't fix it saying the parts were not available. Then I remembered the Coverage purchased with the laptop from Office Depot. I contacted them and they sent a prepaid shipping la bel and I sent it to Allstate. Allstate kept me updated with the repair and I had my laptop back within two weeks. Easy and painless!
