They set up an appointment with a service repairman within a week of my call for service. In less than a week later, I received an email from Allstate Protection plan saying they were going to reimburse me the full amount I paid for my refrigerator which was purchased 4 years ago and the check arrived within a few days. Wow, this is the best warranty plan!

My phone was repaired and the speed and quality of the repair was excellent. What does not work is trying to upload a receipt for my phone. I have a family plan purchased back in 2016 and never submitted receipts and all four phone have changed. That did not stop Allstate from making the repair but it took three phone calls to convince someone that I could not upload my receipt. They finally sent me an email with a link to upload. This was the first time we have used our insurance. My son had a game electronics piece that the wiring had broken while in use. We sent it in and in a short turnaround time we received a new one. He is happy and putting it to good use.
Being 80 years old I have two phones for my serenity. When two phones crashed at same time, I was rewarded with free replacements. I felt very deprived during transition period till phones were both operational. Thank you for your exceptional customer service. Nancy K Davis
