I bought these plans for 3 of the cheapest laptops Walmart sells with the idea they probably won't last too long. I''ve haad to use the plans twice now and both times I had the laptops repaired at no expense to me. I just had to box them up and took them to Fedex (with a prepaid shipping label). About a week or so later I got my laptop back repaired. Also, the tech support seemed to be reasonable too, fixing one issue for me over the phone.

I was told that I would receive a replacement phone that was at least as good as the phone that needed repair. I have been paying into insurance for a long time and expected to get what was due. My old phone was a Moto G7 Power and the replacement was a Moto G Power. The screen is bigger and it has more memory which are both appreciated but now I have to get used to a different phone. Reasonably pricing easy to use.
Long story short. The steamer was excellent in its performance. It’s been a little over a year and I used it regularly. One day it just didn’t work and following up with the protection plan I found that it couldn’t be replaced (the steamer) so I was reimbursed. No hassle and kind, considerate people who saw to a satisfied customer. Get a protection plan if you have that choice. It’s worth it %
