Repaired in a timely manner
The battery in my phone swelled causing the phone to separate. Allstate authorized me to get the phone repaired with a new battery. The battery was installed and one day later the screen went black. I called again and was told that I would be getting a new phone. I was reimbursed for having the battery replaced a received the new phone within a few days.
