My washer stopped dispensing fabric softener. The repairman came as scheduled, replaced the dispenser drawer, and called it a day. Well, it didn't fix the issue. I thought he should have been sent back out to give it a better effort. But Allstate was eager to put the issue behind them by refunding the entire price of the machine. I even requested that they send him back. But the decision had been made. So now I have a brand new washer.

Had my purchase stop working after about a month and a half or so and had to make a claim. It was mostly a hassle free after I finally was transferred to the right person but they made me whole. Recommended 100%!
