I've had to use this service twice and both times have gone very smooth. Very easy the work with and they are very prompt in taking care of my issues. Highly recommend using.
My child's laptop had a green hue over the screen. It was hard to see all colors. We filled out the paper work and mailed the laptop out and it was back in less than a week. It is all fixed. Very good service and great repair!

I don't always purchase protection plans, but I am very glad I did. I had purchased a recliner a couple of years ago, and after the first year an important part broke. Square Trade quickly sent out a repair tech to fix it. A year later another major failure with a couple of broken springs. They again sent out someone to look at it.
