My glasses slid out from the dashboard of my vehicle, thru the open window and onto a local street. Within 15 minutes we searched my route, my son found them on the shoulder, run over, scratched and bent at the hinge. Sams Club optical department guy started my path which I dreaded as I'm a bit of a computer dinosaur. Bottom line, all went well, and very fast paced. They lived up to what the plan was supposed to do. Thank you!
I used my extended warranty when something in my $1000 Jura coffee maker broke after the manufacturer's warranty had ended. I used my All State Protection plan and was instructed to send in the unit (postage paid). After about a week, I received an email stating that the machine could not be repaired and that I would be reimbursed according to the warranty. Had occasion to use the protection plan that I purchased for a large toaster oven. It was handled in very professional manner to my satisfaction.
Final service was good. I would have given 5 stars except for the ridiculous amount of time I spent on the phone while the customer service person tried to troubleshoot a simply fan issue. I was in the phone over an hour with a high pitched fan running continuously.
I was hesitant to buy this plan but with electronics not lasting, I did buy the plan. They were fast, efficient and professional about my claim. Very pleased with my help I received. Very easy and quick. I will definitely buy the plan from Allstate when I make any purchases.
I had to call three times, and got kept getting transferred. But my issue was resolved, and each person I was transferred to was pvery polite and professional. So I am very satisfied.
