Very satisfied and do recommend to purchase insurance and enjoy the comfort of being able to get the help needed.

I have this plan on a laptop which suffered some damage. I filed a claim and they emailed instructions along with a shipping label. After sending the laptop to the repair center, it was fixed the day after they received it, and returned good as new.
