I called Square trade to be sure I had a program to replace my phone. I spoke with Alex and he said yes. he took my information and sent me a new phone. I checked today and I am still insured for this new phone. I would recommend Square Trade for anyone who would need them.
I bought a Ecoflow Delta 1300 from HSN back on 2021 and I got a 4 year warranty with Allstate-Square Trade. About three years later the Ecoflow would not stay on as I would turn it on and it would reboot but would turn off after the reboot. I contacted Ecoflow and I was told that they only covered it for two years and it was out of warranty. I realized I had bought the Allstate and I called them. Phone answered promptly. Customer service had my refund headed my way within 10 minutes and received refund same day.
Easy to file a claim and the staff are very helpful.
Easy to navigate and the response was very quick.
I love Allstate protection on my electronics. They have quick turn around time. It’s best to register early so the receipt will be on file with them….or take a picture for your records.
We had a good experience, Allstate sent a check for amount of repair. We got the check quickly.
