Greatly surprised that they actually do a great job. Never made a claim before and it was so easy I was shocked. The only downside at all is that my refund was a paper mastercard. Not every place wants to deal with that payment mode.

I contacted call state to let him know my phone had broken. There's a form you fill out online. I made it here with the type of phone I have and didn't realize it till I got to the repair shop that I picked up. I called the number on the form and talk to him and they corrected it right away and I was able to get my phone fixed within 24 hours. I didn't have to mail my phone then I took it to the repair shop that I've comfortable with easy very easy
