My stand mixer was not mixing the ingredients in the bottom if the bowl. Alstate reimbursed the full amount. Very satisfied.
Called for service, they turned over to GE and reimbursed us for spoilage and technician diagnosis.

Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful on the phone. The ease of warranty service was awesome as well. My issue, is I received my laptop back and working condition which is amazing! There is physical damage to the corner of my laptop that was not there prior to me sending it off.While I’m excited to have a working laptop again, getting it back with physical damage that wasn’t there is disheartening.
