My printer was fixed and sent back within a weeks time and it works great, but I never knew what happened. What was wrong or what they even did.
The first time I called to say my phone system wasn't working right, you said I brought the wrong battery, but I hadn't. Then I got sick and tired of constantly having to charge the phone that I called again and this time Avery lovely lady said "oh no, you shouldn't have to be doing this all the time",and she gave me a refund and said to donate the old one. And I did receive a refund of my original payment! Very appreciative!!!
