My item was damaged beyond repair. All state quickly sent a refund check out so we could replace it!
When I learned that I needed to file a claim I was highly discouraged about the process. Once I logged in it was actually very simple and quick.
Had to bypass web site and talk to an agent as my claim was denied . The agent got my claim approved. Have had other claims and received the merchandise not a credit at the store. Had to spend extra to get another one. Also purchased the protection plan. This plan is pretty good all things considered.
My Samsung refrigerator insurance was with Allstate Protection when I purchase it from Costco. I had to reach out to Allstate after a year when my refrigerator stopped making ice because the ice maker started building up. It's a known issue on Samsung refrigerator so Allstate approved my claim for a repair. The same issue happened again to me 2 more times and after the third time, Allstate decided to reimburse me on the refrigerator itself.
The claim I put in for my scratched lens it was quick communication with my email. I am pleased. Thank you
