Very easy to process no hassle
I had a little bit of trouble finding my item
After speaking to someone my replacement was done immediately
This is the second time I have had to use All State Protection for my EZ Scooter. They have always quickly responded to my claim and approved the repairs. Once I had the worked done and submitted the receipts they quickly sent me a reimbursement check. I wish all protection plans were this quick and easy.
The whole process went smoothly, I had one hiccup but it was easy to overcome.
I appreciate Allstate being there for me when I need it most and things don’t work
I had an outstanding experience with the customer service department. The young lady that I spoke with took care of all of my needs and ensured that I received the check to have my item replaced the same day. I have nothing bad to say about how my situation was handled by All State.
Although the solution was satisfactory, the only thing that could have been better was the amount of time it took to resolve the claim. It took 6 months
