Processing my insurance claim was quick and easy. I took the pictures, uploaded them, and the next day received an email telling me that my claim was approved. I was then given options for a replacement TV. I received my new—not refurbished—TV within five days! This was an awesome experience ! Thank you.
Wish I had Allstate on all my appliances!
I was offered a replacement product, within two days I was offered a refund. I would have preferred a replacement and at least the turn around times are swift.

The process to get an appointment was handled well. Several parts were shipped directly to me to give to the technician when he arrived. I was notified the day before with an update on when the tech would arrive and got another notice when he was within 20 -25 minutes. The tech listen to my account of the problem and sequence of event. He ran several diagnostic checks and ended up just replacing the ice maker. Although the computer failed soon after I got it, Allstate quickly and efficiently paid my claim so I could order a replacement machine.
