I did a chat with one of the representatives. He was helpful but it's like he didn't really want to go the extra mile I had to push him. You know the thing that I don't like. Is that you chat with someone and then you're supposed to go and file your claim online instead of them just handling it from beginning to end. Other than that I had no issues. Got the runaround between the manufacturer parts 20 week wait estimate and the retailer extended warranty. Allstate took control, sent out a tech and had a check cut within 10 days. I will always purchase an Allstate extended warranty with any major appliance.
I was not communicated well and did not know if my request has been received/handled. I called after a few days and talked to someone and from that point it was all good.
