Reps were easy to communicate with, efficient and helped me address my somewhat complicated refund. My item was not under manufacturer warranty because it was sold via eBay, an unauthorized Shelly by Sony. I had to get special permission to be reimbursed for a non-functioning product and deliver that to square trade. Unfortunately Sony reps have little ability to help there bc they can’t send emails or statements from their call centers. I don't return very many things, but the few I have returned took a lot longer than this return to Square Trade. The whole transaction was handled so quickly and efficiently, I was actually shocked. I'm so thankful that I bought the Square Trade insurance and I will any time it is offered.
It was a bit of a process getting the new Television it took about 3 weeks maybe a little more because the 1st replacements TV was broken however you did honor the warranty and all in all you did a good job Of replace It...

The pedal of my spin bike wasn't turning, so I put in a claim and there were multiple options, to either have the bike replaced, a new part or ger a check for the value of the bike which gets rid of the warranty. I chose the check and within a few days recieved. Fast and easy!
