I called up got a shipping label sent to me and I sent my package out that was under warranty and I received it back in brand new condition there warranties are top notch and very nice customer services over the phone I’ll definitely buy my warranties again i’m very impressed with the Customer Service
I sent my computer for repair. They were very professional and I got my machine back in about 2 weeks fixed and ready to go.
The process was easy and simple and fast
Had a broken laptop so I sent it in for repair. Couldn't repair it so they sent me a check for what it cost along with the SDD with my contents.
