The fileing of my protection plan claim was made very easy to do thanks to their user friendly site and app set up. The email alerts and links also helped to remind me and inform me of every part of the process taken to assist me with the restoration of my item. After printing out the shipping tags sent via email and stored on my account, I sent my item via postage. With amazing efficiency I had my ite. Overall experience was great.Only problem is with the gift card.We have a hard time at the Hamilton Ohio store when checking out the cashier's don't know how to process it.It would be a lot easier with a gift card.

I could not get the online service to report a claim to work. I finally used the chat feature. They were helpful somewhat and told me to call in but never provided a phone number to do it until I asked for one. It turned into a 4 day process which I think is way too long. It should be a one and done to make a claim if I had already sent in proof of purchase.
