They were very easy to work with and did exactly what I said
I had an issue with an item was given the option to replace, the overall transaction went smoothly and easily. The only issue I have is that the item I chose was on back-order, I did not find this out until a week later when i went to the vendor website.

Helped us troubleshoot, paid for return shipping, performed diagnostic and then wrote us a check for the full amount less shipping and sales tax!

Had a warranty on an office chair that broke after about a year. Square trade offered about 70% of purchase price toward a new chair, or choice to try having fixed. I was very happy with this offer, received check about 3 days later.
