I don't understand why the original payment was less than the replacement cost. I had to call to get the correct reimbursement amount. I supplied you with the receipt. It was easy to see the cost of the item. This seems like you were trying to undermine what is advertised in your coverage agreement.
Had insurance on my FitBit The FitBit died and I contacted the company. They accepted my information on the FitBit. After my $25 copayment they sent me a new FitBit.
