A plan that I bought when I was getting headphones from Sams Club was not expensive and delivered on their plan when they broke. They stopped working in their 2 nd year of coverage just before the plan was to expire. I sent them in for repair or replacement with the label provided. They examined them and within 5 days they told me they could not be fixed. I used the gift card they set up for me to replace them without further expense or explanation. Our Samsung washer needed a repair and we had 2 service calls. After the second visit we were refunded the entire cost of the washer. We were happy for the outcome of a refund but somewhat upset that this 3 year old machine could not be repaired. Neither of the service call reps ever checked the area of the leaking water which was on the bottom of the unit. Got a insurance policy on an A/C and it was really easy when it stopped working to file a claim, and in about 5 minutes they had a solution that worked for me.
Pool hoses leaking looked cracked & pump just stopped , full replacement. So glad I got my protection plan!
The customer service agent was so helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me by providing all the information that I need to file a claim with the manufacturer.
