My grandson gave me cell phone a deep soak in the dog's water bowl. I submitted a claim online and was immediately approved. As soon as I shipped the damaged phone, I received the digital Walmart gift card via email. I will always buy the insurance from now on.

I had two experiences with Allstate/SquareTrade in two days because the appliance dealer neglected to forward our information to Allstate at the time of our purchase of the warranty coverage. The first agent I spoke with, when trying to file the claim the first time, was extremely patient and pleasant with me. She tried every way she could to locate our file, but she was unsuccessful. Helped me so much with my TCL Roku TV that wouldn't turn on anymore! Then they sent Pioneer Xumo replacement TV me a replacement TV. That replacement TV screen is damage. Now they are sending me another replacement TV! Best company!!! Thank you Allstate!!!
