Filing a claim was very easy! The response was immediate! And i was very satisfied with the outcome!
I had no problem filling my claim. And I got my claim money quickly to buy my new pair.
I had the picture on my TV go out, two years old, and had the extended warranty plan. I called in the claim and after trying their fixes and sending in pictures, they replaced the TV with a brand new one. It was not the same brand but I had a choice of 3 models And these TV's were 3 years newer than mine. The complaints are minor as the TV was delivered in a timely fashion. The process was really quick and easy however the TV’s that I had to choose from don’t meet the quality of the TV that I had to replace. I would have liked to at least have the same picture quality.
The procedure for submitting a claim and the follow-up from Allstate was exceptional. Responses were timely and there was continued communication on the progress of the claim. I will continue to purchase these warranties on products that I purchase of any significant value. I highly recommend Allstate for peace of mind when purchasing a product subject to damage or mechanical breakdown.
