At first I didn't think I was gonna get anything out of this protection plan. But they took care of business in the end. I'm very happy with the plan. Bought another t, v. Add it to their plan.

All good. Reported issue with TV under coverage. Sent video. New TV shipped within days.
Overall, the experience with Allstate Protection plan was great! The only confusing part was that I first received an email saying that the technician was scheduled to come on a Thursday. And then about 3 days before the appointment was coming up, I received another email saying that Allstate was just going to pay me back for my dish washer because they couldn't locate a technician. I guess I thought they already had a technician lined up for the appointment.
Was great, they are always nice friendly and efficient!
Allstate Protection Plan is the best. I have never had an issue with the plan when. The representatives have been very tentative to my issue and resolved the issue very quickly. I will always purchase the plan regardless if I think I need it or not.
