Fast and friendly. Replaced and I’m very happy!
The service was very good once I was able to speak to a real person. After inital contact I was told to finish on line. I couldn't get anyone on your Chat line. I waited for 30 minutes. The next day I tried the best part of 4 hours trying to get someone on the Chat line. I finally tried to get through customer service and was able to get help. I have used Allstate before and have been very happy. Thanks Tom

The person I spoke to assisted me as much as he could. The system told him I couldn’t get a replacement phone for replacement I was sent which didn’t work. I had to call Consumer Cellular because they sent the replacement out. I called Consumer Cellular and they sent me another replacement phone which works. It took a little while to correct the situation, but it worked out well.
