At first I was worried with the first replacement options but after a quick phone call and two business days later they came back with a superb offer. They were able to replace my tv with a couple years newer tv. It’s great quality. I received it fairly quickly and it was a painless ordeal.

Allstate/SquareTrade did ultimately give me the support I needed for a problem with an appliance, but it took a LOT of effort and follow-up on my part. Many promises of a 1 day turnaround that never happened. Was not able to find someone to come fix my issue, but ultimately paid for a replacement. I still have not received my payment yet after 2 months since originally filing the issue. Hoping the check comes soon.
The protection plan was easy and efficient to get my computer repaired and returned to me.
