My Samsung television was slowly experiencing more and more problems. I worked with Square Trade to give them what they needed - specific tv information, pictures of the problems - and they were always helpful, polite, and more importantly, resolved my tv problem with the replacement tv. I always buy the extended warranty on major purchases, and I would never hesitate to trust Square Trade to be a solid advocate for the consumer.

Once I get past the other channels and discovered SquareTrade was taking care of my claim they handled it promptly. In fact, I received a check much faster than I expected.

The burners on my gas grill rusted completely through. All I had to do was send an email and make a couple of phone calls. Very pleasant people to deal with. Was actually shocked when they refunded the entire purchase price of my grill. Couldn't ask for anything more!
