I cracked my screen. Reported my claim. My claim was accepted. I choose my location on Northampton Boulevard. I contacted them and my friend took my phone and voucher over there and they fixed it the same day within 2 hours. It was amazing!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Square Trade. The company made submitting my claim easy and quickly resolved my problem. They determined replacing my wine cooler was the best option rather then replacing parts for fear of ongoing problems down the road.
