Really liked their callback system that keeps you informed of how long the approximate remaining wait time is until you receive the call. Went through the diagnosis steps with the rep to verify that it was not a problem with settings. Rep sent email to get photos to show the problem. Replied to email with photos of problem. Bought warranty coverage on a cell phone. It quit working. SquareTrade came up with a solution that made us very happy.
Everything went well and seemed quick enough but there was no updates except we received the device...... we’re returning your device. Nothing major just irksome.
I had a claim an it took 3 day to do the whole proceess very satisfied. Would recommend it
Could not fix my ac so they sent me a check for it, no tax but it payed for 1/2 a new one which helps. Will be purchasing on all my small appliances!
