Our computer was fixed and returned in less than a week!
It's been a month since I heard from the Claims Dept. Can't give a higher rating because my issue isn't resolved yet. They did respond directly at first and asked a few more questions which I responded to. Waiting for a final decision. As far as the Todke Brand I purchased, I believe it's a fly-by-night Sister Company just like VIVI and Ancheer. Wish I would've watched the YouTube video before my purchase.

Quality Control issue. Despite the fact that my vacuum cleaner's beater brush attachment was replaced by Allstate's repair department with a refurbished part that fell apart within a months time (requiring me to buy a new one costing $100.00 on Ebay) and despite the fact that the second time I sent it in for repair, they did not fix the loose inputs on the wand and sent it back in the same condition (I noted the loose inputs with a sticker with an arrow on the wand), Allstate Customer Service came through with offering to pa... read more
Handled my claim quickly and fixed my device faster than expected.
I had a problem with a lift chair and made a claim with Allstate. I received excellent response and claim service. It was a very pleasant experience. Highly professional and I was copletely satisfied with the serive I received.

It was easy to initiate the claim and to complete it. The customer service person contacted me and confirmed the info and they processed the claim and issued the credit by gift card which is efficient and appreciated.
