I have a fitbit watch which the faceplate came undone. I remembered I had an insurance policy on it, and checked it out. After giving all the info, I was sent an email with a return postage paid. I was to wrap it up so it wouldn't get broke in transit. About a week later, the watch was back w/a new faceplate and in working order. I am really happy with the way in which my claim was handled.
The customer care team seem nice and polite. Our appliance has been down for almost a month now which has been frustrating. Second technician scheduled to work on it.

The process was fast, easy, and very helpful. My tv was failing due to the electrical problems and this company truly helped me get the money to fix it or get a new one. The person who assisted us was able to give us directions through the phone, and the email process was excellent. In fact, hablan español too!
I completed my claim online with details of the purchase receipt, got paid & asked to discard the blender with a proposal to make good any difference incurred on a new blender when receipt is provided. Therefore i was very satisfied with my claim experience.
