I purchased a gas hedge trimmer and bought the protection plan. I received the trimmer but could never get it to start. I called the plan number and explained my problem. The agent said that they plan would refund my purchase price and I could keep the trimmer. I was out for the shipping and protection plan cost and I still didn't have a working trimmer. At no time did anyone provide me with a repair option. All I wanted was a working trimmer.
Everything covered was repaired during the warranty period. No complaints.
I didn’t expect it to go as easy as it did. The entire situation was resolved, fixed and shipped back to me within 5 days. Outstanding
