Had a water stain and nail polish remover mark on table I purchased 2 years ago. Almost forgot I had this insurance! Anyway, I called to see if was still covered and was told "yes". I had to upload pics of damage to dining table. First, the company sent out a possible solution, but didn't work, so I had to upload showing that it didn't. Bought a couple years ago for an item that is critical for me, and had failed in the past. Thought it might be worth protecting my purchase. True enough, this item failed while under coverage, and they made good. Very easy, fast, no hassle (and I was expecting one, honestly) so how could I pass? I typically don’t buy these protection plans for every item but as stated, this item is critical to me, so it worked out well. I will cover future critical items as the peace of mind is worth it alone.
I have purchased a number of protection plans over the years but this is the first time I had to make a claim. I must say that it was much better than I had expected. Thank you for having a very efficient system!
