It was little to know hassle. It would have been nice to know how or way they came up with the amount to pay us.
Took me time to resolve. But was on me due thought they had a copy of receipt but it was just a blank bar code. Once able to provide price paid service took no time resolve the problem.
This is my second review. I stated that all with well and that the feedback I received was awesome. The workman ship was excellent and the turn around time was great. all in all I give Kudos for a great team and a job well done.
I work allot so when I call it very important to me that the process goes smoothly
Was smooth and quick. No issues
* Everytime I called, the csr was very friendly * I did have to go back and forth a bit to follow up, there was some communication gaps * But eventually they did honor the warranty and I am very satisfied * They replaced my TV because they could not place order for original parts * Despite covid restrictions, they worked very well keeping customer satisfaction in mind * Yes, I will get their warranty again, when i get a chance
