I had the DORO but thought I wanted better, so ordered the ALCATEL. I am 86 so it was too much for me. My DORO was working so they told me to exchange the SIM card. My son showed me how to enlarge the print, and increase the volume, so now I am very happy. No cost to return the Alcatel

The SquareTrade website was very easy to navigate and instructions were simple and clear. They sent me a box within a couple days of my claim with easy packing and free shipping instructions. Laptop is on it's way to the repair shop. My experience with other business websites where I've tried to get help with a problem hasn't always been like this. Some seemed designed to avoid actually helping if it was going to cost the business something to honor their warranty. Very impressed and happy with SquareTrade so far.
