I was on hold off and on with a customer service rep. for about an hour. Lot's of questions and questions she had to confirm with , with another person. Ended up I was referred back to an HP Executive Manager. I then was in communication with this person for over a week. The customer service rep from Square Trade did her best to get me to the right area of expertise to take care of my issue.
I had a problem with my printer and SquareTrade issued me a check and I received it in about 3 days. Customer service was awesome and my situation was handled quickly and professionally.
Square trade provided prompt claim service, no hoops to jump through, and replacement in the way I chose. Great service and the easiest insurance process I have ever gone through.
Very good and fast but dont offer repair service for PR.

I am so happy that I purchased the warranty on my phone. When I accidentally dropped and broke my phone they quickly processed my claim and replaced my phone with one better than the one I broke. Thanks Square Trade team for all your help!
