The whole experience started off great then they didn’t send a box for my tv like they said they would although they refund the cost of the box and packing. They tried to give me the bottom of the barrel tv (Hisense) when mine was a Vizio until i told them i insured a vizio and i want a vizio replacement. If i wanted a Hisense i would have bought and insured a hisense. In they end it was replaced with a vizio and it works fine. Hello good people, I have used SquareTrade for various products that I purchased. I have had Sennheiser Headphones,Casio Camera & as recent used their great protection for my TCL 65' TV. These are ALL name brand items but they are electronic items & can easily go south. My TCL which went bad on a Friday was promptly replaced in a week. Now that's what I call outstanding customer service, BAR NONE!! The extra low price for these warranties is a no-brainer so buy them with confidence.
