This was by far the best warranty experience I’ve ever had. Once I placed a claim, the SquareTrade team immediately began working with me to find resolution. After a quick discussion with the Television specialist, I was asked to take a few pictures of the issue and submit. Within one day, I was notified that an email would be provided with replacement options. That blew me away! I was able to select a replacement TV which included expedited delivery through amazon.
