I was very upset after a customer service call with HP. SquareTrade Customer Service Reps were fantastic and assured me quickly that I was going to get a resolution to my issue.
My initial contact was online. That was a mistake. My second contact via phone was miscommunication. I had to call Consumer Cellular a second time. I think the first problem occurred when I could not go back and alter my online info. Once Consumer Cellular got involved Square Trade was contacted again. Everything from there went perfectly! They understood my problem and immediately took care of it. My replacement phone was here in less than 2 days.
