I dropped my Fuji X-T20 in a meadow and it seemed to be ok. When I got back home I found that the thumb rest had broken off. The camera was functionally fine, but with the small piece broken off it would allow dust and moisture to get into the camera over time. I went online and in a matter of a few minutes I was approved for repair and had a label in my inbox. That was on Monday, by Friday I had a repaired camera delivered back looking like new. SquareTrade Reps were professional & were eager to help file our claim. Hassle free & they completely replaced my son’s DVD Player quickly. I highly recommend SquareTrade.

I had a tripod that the removable plate that attaches a camera or spotting scope broke. I put in the claim to Square Trade, it was decided to reemburse me, which they did within one day in the form of an Amazon Gift Card. Very quick service.... as a note: I would have preferred to just get the broken part replaced but that wasn't an option with either Square Trade nor Amazon.
