I received prompt service and repair for my laptop as expected
My television went out one Monday, I thought I was going to have to buy a new one. I totally forgot about the Square Trade warranty and was glad it was there. My television did try to get repaired but it still didn't work. On Sunday I received a new television. Yay!!
It took a while to get through to the right customer service agent but once I did the service was excellent and check came quickly.
It was good she new what info to give me n how long it was going to take
Great service they got me a reimbursement check really fast.
The call center was fast and friendly. I received my check in 2 days!
Quite a process but got good results in the end.
