I purchased a vacuum cleaner about a year ago from Amazon and bought a service contract on the vacuum from Square Trade. The service agreement was very reasonably priced. I printed out the service agreement and kept it with the manual for the vacuum. When the vacuum broke, it was so easy to go on line with Square Trade and resolve the problem. Within a week they had sent me a check. I would definitely use Square Trade again if I bought something that I thought I would need a service agreement.
Filing the claim was super easy and quick. It got processed in less than two days. I’m so glad I bought the warranty.
Fast and perfect service will use them from now on
My phone was losing the favorites after charging at times. Square trade was hard to get in touch with long wait's to talk to. But after talking to them they delivered a excellent product in a timely fashion. The phone was a Samsung product a much higher quality product.
I was totally satisfied with the timely settlement of my warranty claim with Square Table.
I was very pleased with Square Trade's warranty program.
Dropped my phone and the screen wouldn't come on. Actually called Consumer Cellular first. They gave me my Warranty ID #. If you have Consumer Cellular don't try doing the claim on line. I tried that and it didn't work. Called Square Trade and told them the details. They were very helpful and took all the information and started my claim. I got the new phone in two or three business days along with a preaddressed postage paid envelope to return the broken phone. It even had the tracking number on the envelope. Informative,helpful,followed through,however my only gripe was hours of phone calls only to repeat what I had already told them.
