Had new phone in hand in 3 days
Overall this was a good experience. Responses were quick, service was scheduled, the technician concluded that the TV could not be fixed, and I was sent 3 TVs to choose from as my replacement. From start to finish this took 15 days. I launched my complaint on 10/24, and on 11/7 my new TV was delivered. Got the run around after the fact somehow My purchase was under someone else email. Felt like I had to go through the act of Congress. But they compensated me. So I guess I’m satisfied.
