I had a problem with a device I purchased a few months ago, so I contacted Square Trade. The wait time on the phone was minimal and the representatives resolved my problem very quickly. I was told that my device was still covered under its warranty and that I should give them a call (which I did - they resolved my problem quickly as well).

Wonderful service front tech support. Even though I worked with a new person every time they were all personable and helpful. My laptop was repaired in no time.

I cancelled the last policy as I returned the defective merchandise. However, I have had multiple policies on other items and 3-4 claims and have been really happy

2-3 weeks and still working. yes I don't call everyday, but twice a week

I received very good service regarding being repaid for a failed printer. The only issue I had was being told a check was coming by FedEx on a certain date so that I stayer home, when it actually came by regular mail a week later. I called and was told the second method after the date had passed.

The entire claim was handled online via their chat system. The support agent was friendly and very helpful. After reviewing my case, I was given two options: 1) cash payout (approx 75% of original purchase price) and 2) find an like-new compatible replacement. For me, I really wanted to keep my printer and would have liked to have been give an option to get it working again.
