Square Trade replaced my old phone with an upgrade.
Once they had all they needed it was quick and efficient
My son's pal top was not working correctly after about 2 months. He read the insurance requirements from Square Trade, and emailed them. They sent him the instructions what to do which amounts to them sending you a box and a fed ex label. We dropped it off and had it back in approx 2 weeks. They did email us to let us know they had received it, fixed it and then when it was sent sent back out. Very good communication.

When I called concerning my printer, I was immediately helped and discovered that I was being refunded the price of the printer without any further information needed. I bought this warranty with the new printer I just purchased with the check they sent me.
