I had lost all power in my television. I spoke with Square Trade and they had me walk through about an hour of troubleshooting. They finally determined they needed a tech to come to my home. The Tech was great! Called prior to arriving, showed all IDs, brought his own table, and was very professional. My TV was repaired in no time. He took photos of the repair work and that the TV was working now.
Our TV quit working, we went through some steps over the phone and they decided it needed a tech. They overnighted the parts and the tech worked me into his schedule super fast and he had to drive over an hour to get here. It was fixed within 24 hours. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I have never had this ease of filing a claim, all happen online except one call to trouble shoot my issue. Service tech was very professional was in and out and my television was not able be repaired. The replacement was all completed online with a couple clicks. Keep doing what you do!
