"Last Year I was frusteded for the costumer service I recived by a costumer service and Supervisor not Honoring a extended warranty On a Smart Phone .that was Offer to me after A purchase of a Smart Phone More than 30 Days after the purchsase and when My phone was Damage almost 2 Years after The costumer Rep. and the Supervisor Deny the warranty and refund only the Money I pay for the Extended Warranty.
