Overall this was a good experience. Responses were quick, service was scheduled, the technician concluded that the TV could not be fixed, and I was sent 3 TVs to choose from as my replacement. From start to finish this took 15 days. I launched my complaint on 10/24, and on 11/7 my new TV was delivered. In between this time, a technician was scheduled, parts were shipped to me, etc. The only other suggestions I could make for improving this program would be... 1)The repair was scheduled from 8am-5pm.
