This was the best warranty claim ever!! Not that I've had many. No hassle. Just had to follow a few troubleshooting steps. Reimbursement was quick and easy. I would have rated as excellent if I had received my state sales tax back along with some pro-rated amount on the total warranty purchased. But the fine print gets you every time. I would highly recommend Square Trade and will still purchase in the future.

Talking is go, but delivery is key
We had problems with 2 of our TV's recently. Upon calling Square Trade on our warranties they were very helpful. We did a few emails and I followed their instructions and I heard back from them very quickly about replacements. In fact we had one replaced within 2 days and the other one within about a week.
Staples technician was well informed, courteous and helped me through the entire process to replace my printer that was still on the warranty.
