"I had need to submit a warranty claim on a TV that died the week we were heading out on vacation. In contacting SquareTrade I was very pleased with the staff as they were extremely courteous and helpful. Upon sending out a tech to try and repair the tv it was discovered the tv was non-repairable. I called SquareTrade to determine what the next step was and they advised me my claim was sent to the replacement department.
