"I got excellent service. I called about my HP 6835 printer. We spent about 30 minutes determining that the printer could not be repaired. We went through some paperwork and I was told that Square Trade would sent me a check for the full price of the printer. I was impressed."

"My TV went out. I called Square Trade, went through the trying to restart process (about 5 minutes). Set never responded. Square Trade sent me an email with a replacement TV option. I accepted and confirmed my acceptance by replying to the email. Got a new set within 3 days. I am very, very pleased with Square Trade."
