"I purchased a 2 year warranty policy on a printer. It failed in one year. I contacted square trade - they asked me questions and then decided my machine was not worth replacing. Instead, they refunded my money to put toward the purchase of any machine. Simple process, signatures, verification of product and I was told a refund would be mailed. In two days, I received my check! I will definitely purchase their warranty again!"

Even the trucking company was very professional. Then that’s when things went downhill. The next day I opened the box and discovered the screen was damaged.
