"I was having trouble with my connection to my internet staying on. I called Square Trade and they updated all my software connections that were in dire need of an upgrade. I have Windows 10 and it is suppose to update periodically, however, none of these had been updated. They did the upgrade, made me try out my internet and everything has worked great since. It was a great experience."
