I called, the rep was very nice & helpful. They sent out a brand new phone within 2 days with a postage paid envelope to return the broken one. Simple.

Square trade was on the ball. from time I shepped my item to repair and received item back was only a week. I would definately recommend them.

I appreciated the friendly customer service. The callback was a shock to me, Bryan called the next day after I made my claim...Wow! My claim was answered quickly. The technician was at my house within 5 days....Wow!
