"We’ve never had to file a claim before, although we’ve purchased Four Square coverage several times. Our paper shredder inexplicably stopped shredding, with 8 months to go on our contract. We dug out the paperwork ( which wasn't necessary, it’s all held in the Four Square file). After a brief conversation explaining our problem and offering some verification, we were told we’d receive the cost back so we could purchase another shredder. "I purchased a 80 inch TV with a 4 years Square Trade Plan . Three years later I had a problem with the TV I was very worried about what was going to happen. I walked around a day or two guess what was going to happen. Finally I picked the phone and called Square Trade and the nightmare was over a warm welcome for being a customer. Verified everything I need to and with in five days from calling in I had a replacement TV. I like to say Thanks Square Trade. SAM"
"The claim was fast and easy. I was surprised! Squaretrade mailed the parts to repair my television directly to me. I was in contact with the repair company the entire time. As soon as I received the replacement parts, he was out to my house the very next day to put them in and everything seems to be good to go since then."
