"A previous Square Trade experience was terrific. This one was terrible. Hour and a half on the phone to reset and diagnose 70" TV. Pixilated picture but clear NBC Logo (tried to watch Olympics). Their statement: Since the logo is clear, your TV is Fine. So I'm going to watch the LOGO instead of the Olympics? Absurd!
