We were pleasantly surprised by when we needed to make a claim on our tv and Square Trade honored it without question. After a brief conversation in which a technician diagnosed our problem, arrangements were made to send out the necessary electronic parts. A few days later an electronics repair technician arrived at our house and fixed the problem with no cost to us. It was super efficient. Great experience!
I wanted to turn in a claim but it expired. SquareTrade was kind enough to reopen the claim and I received a check in less than a week.

As usual, I thought there was going to be some reason why my warranty did not cover my item and that I would have to pay full price and purchase another worthless warranty but I was unexpectedly surprised when the guy said, "How do you want to pay for your deductible?" I almost didn't know what to say. He told how to send back the broken item and was very patient with me. I appreciate that young man taking his time to assist me even though it was not his job. Thank you.
