"Every penny came back and quite quickly. Only problem/delay is that I got an email from them that they needed another piece of information. I faxed it to the person who requested it, but didn't hear anything back, even that it was received. When I called, apparently that person was then on vacation but the next person was able to access it and then the check came very quickly. They need a change in their system for that situation, otherwise they were very helpful and supportive."

"Diagnosed over the phone....parts were ordered...tech scheduled...tech fixed it...2 days later it's got the same issue....so far they have been understanding and want to resolve the issue...just following protocol to resolve it.....not too concerned. In the past they gave me full value for the last TV that could not be fixed. "
