perfect. had a problem with a non printing printer. square trade refunded the purchase price right away.
They got my refund to me fast. Although, I feel the sales tax should have been refunded as well.

I called to report a problem with any electronic device. It was determined that we would have to send it in. That was not a problem for me. I was told that they would send me a box for the device with a prepaid label. Again, no problem. When a week went by and I had not received the box, I reached out again. I was told that they were not going to be sending me a box because something happened in their system.
