The home is set in fabulous grounds. In places it is a little "tired" aesthetically, BUT..... The staff, from the maintenance men, grounds people, laundry staff, wellbeing staff, care staff , nursing staff and the admin team, are ALWAYS approachable, kind, respectful and accommodating. On occasions I have witnessed them going above and beyond to ensure the residents the cared for to the highest standard. THANK YOU, For all you do for my own mum, and all the other residents.

I have offered regular activities for residents at Allt Y Mynydd and staff are always polite, happy and caring. There is a wide range of activities provided for the residents who are happy, motivated and have their needs met by staff, of which there are many. The home is always proactive in improving their provision and I am always made to feel welcome and valued.
