Mum has been in Allt Y Mynydd Nursing Home for approximately two years. All the staff are excellent and now they have become a part of our family. Nothing is too much trouble. They look after Mum as if they were looking after their own mum, that is a great comfort to us as a family.

Very happy with the care, food is excellent and all staff are very friendly and look after our parents, the place is very clean and when we go to visit the staff always greet us with a smile

A group come to hold a meeting on Sunday afternoons. We are warmly welcomed and enjoy singing and sharing the Gospel news with the residents. It is always a pleasant time and the residents seem to enjoy our visits.

We are invited in to Allt-y-Mynydd Nursing Home quite regularly to take a service there with the residents. Staff are also present. In fact, not only do we take a service in the main area with a good number of residents but we are invited upstairs as well so that other, more immobile residents, can also benefit from having a service together. Overall experience and care support are excellent. The rooms are kept in a high level of cleanliness. Everything is done to a high standard. My uncle is being very well looked after. Highly recommend this pace.

My sister moved to this home earlier this year. We always wanted Allt Y Mynydd as a first choice. We were so pleased they had availability. Staff are friendly and supportive of family as well. I can call anytime for updates.

I cannot thank the staff in Allt Y Mynydd enough for the care they provide for mum who has been a dementia resident here for 3 years. Mum has gone from one loving home to another, they are like a little family here where all staff show care and empathy towards the residents. Due to covid restrictions, I’m unable to visit mum as much as I’d like but I’m kept updated of mum's well-being regularly. I highly recommend Allt Y Mynydd Nursing Home and more so the staff, who do an amazing job. Thank you all.

Amazing care home and staff! Couldn't ask for better care for my mamgu who has severe dementia! Feel comfortable and happy leaving after each visit! Staff are always friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended.

Mum has been in Allt y Mynydd since 2019. I used to worry about family members going into care as you hear some horror stories, but I needn't have as everyone is so friendly and helpful, I always receive a warm welcome when I visit and there’s always the offer of tea and cake. I can see my mum that she is happy, all staff members treat the residents with the care and respect that they deserve, they are like a little family.
