The staff are wonderful and nothing is ever to much trouble. My dad had wonderful care and loved his home very much. The manager is always available and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

This is a beautiful home in lovely surroundings. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. I have needed to speak to the manager on a couple of occasions and have found her to be approachable, knowledgeable and obviously have the resident's welfare at heart. Although the home needs a bit of facelift in areas, it does not impact on the overall comfort and warm feeling of the home.

All very helpful and friendly, especially when I come over to see Mum. As I live abroad and return 3 times a year I'm always welcome.

This is a lovely care home in beautiful surroundings. The staff are very welcoming, kind and caring. The atmosphere is pleasant, and everyone is helpful and always seem ready to assist as needed. The room was clean, bright and airy, and there were no unpleasant smells. The food on offer was generous and plentiful, with an excellent menu. My husband was very happy and obviously enjoyed his stay. He was impressed at having a daily shower and said it was top of the care homes. A beautiful setting for a care home. The staff are very kind and caring. The care home has good standards of cleanliness and doesn't smell. The management team and staff are very approachable and always have a smile. Mum passed away in May and she was treated with great care and respect.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff members..really rude...and the way they run the place.. first off all to be left in urine all day and they can't remember if they changed the service user or not is not acceptable. The fact that this care home has good reviews is a load of rubbish this service user has been here less that 3 weeks and had so many issues please do not send your family members here nobody deserves to be treated like this no one goes and speaks or interacts with them they just left in the room it's so s... read more
