The staff is so nice, and they work with me and my needs. I have read many of the reviews and have to disagree, I hadn't been to a dentist in years, and yes, i have had to have a lot of dental work done, because I was in a ton of pain, and I have a ton of pain after each appointment because of something completely unrelated to my dentist appointments themselves, but they are fully aware and take very good care of me. Both doctors are amazing and professional. My kids are getting to the age of needing dental care, and I will ... read more

As a software engineer I have a good dental insurance coverage. My only allure to this place was it was close to work. But I guess I failed to do my due diligence. In first visit they identified several cavities and the doc took me to a room (not unlike a car salesman) and started selling me a financial plan for a year to conveniently pay for thousands that I would need to spend out of pocket. When a doc herself does that, it is usually suspicious. But I continued on and had similar experience to many who have posted here. S... read more

If you do not know what trauma at the dentist means, let me try to describe it to you. Imagine hearing the drill and feeling it shoot through the nerves in your teeth and convulsing uncontrollably. I can only liken it to someone pressing down on a pinched nerve that leaves a throbbing shooting pain that brings you down to your knees for mercy. Actually, I've had a pinch nerve (I think) and this was way worse than that. Now, after physically having that reaction, imagine your dentist continue on because he thinks you are exag... read more

After going for a cleaning and exam with Dr. Suzanna Lee, Dr. Lee told me I had nine cavities. I was suspicious, so I went to UCSF Dental Clinic, where the dentist told me that I had no cavities. I read a previous review from Alex M., suggesting that Allure tries to fill tiny cavities aggressively because they're a cosmetic dentistry practice. I don't believe that explains what happened to me. Dr. Lee did not tell me that I needed nine fillings for cosmetic reasons. She told me that it was urgent that I have these fillings d... read more

Dr. Lee is so gentle. My husband and I have been going to see her for the last 3 years. We have had root canals, cleanings, and fillings. All of which have been pain free. They are very nice and their staff is friendly, caring and professional.

My experience with Allure has been generally good in the past 8 years. I went based on a recommendation from a friend and have been going ever since even though I have moved further away. I've had mostly traditional dental work done such fillings, regular and deep cleaning and 2 emergency root canals. Both Dr. Suzanna and Dr. Trinh have been great to work with along with their staff. They are friendly, courteous, professional, caring and very thorough in their work, which can sometimes lead to longer than expected appointmen... read more

I've been a customer at Allure Dental for about 5 years. It has been the absolute best experience so far. They have always been loyal to me as a customer, they always found a way to help me with payment plans and made the best deals with me to ensure me a great smile since my insurance didn't cover much. I also appreciate the way they send me friendly reminders for upcoming dental appointments with text messages, email, and phone calls. They always work with me and my busy schedule. I give to big thumbs up for customer servi... read more

Like most of you (all of you) out there, I want a dentist who is 1) skilled/proficient 2) trustworthy 3) friendly. I used to have a dentist who didn't meet criteria # 2 and # 3, so I opened up the phonebook and found Allure. I have now been a patient for several years and have had a good experience with Dr. Lee x 2. So obviously their specialty and focus is cosmetic dentistry like many others here have pointed out, but that just means they can do all the regular stuff and more, not that they somehow took extra training and t... read more

My husband and I started going to Allure Dental Center because they are located very close to where we live. We moved here from the Central Coast and had been looking for a dentist and decided to try Allure. Our initial visits consisted of a series of X-rays of fillings that needed to be performed in almost every molar due to "decay" supposedly. We had never seen such a thing before, but we trusted them because neither one of us had been to a dentist in a few years. Over the past few years they have drilled out almost all... read more
